I’ll partner with your team to design a realistic roadmap to implement your strategic plan.

We’ll start by reviewing your existing strategic plan and assessing implementation to date. Then I’ll lead your team in creating an operations plan that includes performance measures and reporting metrics. We’ll also create organizational and departmental dashboards.

Over the next 6 to 9 months, I’ll lead ongoing accountability check-ins to evaluate progress and reprioritize where needed.

We’ll begin this engagement with the crucial step of defining the theory of change and intended impact for your new program or initiative.

We’ll establish evaluation metrics, develop a detailed program framework, and create a roadmap and timeline to launch your program.

I’ll project manage all aspects of program launch, coordinating all relevant workstreams, including talent, systems, data, communications, compliance, and policies. I’ll lead a series of readiness reviews with your team prior to go-live.

Post program launch, I’ll partner with you to conduct monitoring, ensure smooth operations and data collection, and complete a closeout (+/delta) discussion.

I’ll develop a project plan, ensuring collective ownership, and manage to the timeline and milestones.

We’ll rely on established templates I’ve used over the years, and I’ll also create new customized tools when needed.
